To Love My Body and Soul.

I know that there are a million and one "thinspo" and "fitspo" blogs out there. This one is simply for me, myself, and I. I need some reminders to keep me going, to keep my self-image high, and to shock me back into reality sometimes. I hope that this isn't too triggering for those of you who choose to follow me, I don't intend it to be, I simply reblog what inspires and delights me.

Current Weight: 140.0

Ultimate Goal Weight Reached: 3/3/12

I finally did it. I lost all of the weight I needed to. I went from a BMI of 27.4 to one of 22.6. It took me almost a year. But I did it the healthy way and I will always be proud of myself for that. I will NEVER let myself go back to where I was. I pledge to myself to be healthy and fit for the rest of my life.

This is what people go through every day due to bullying. I went through it, my friends go through it…and a million others will suffer again tomorrow.
